Overview

Bono Lisboa was facing a common challenge in the restaurant industry: strong dependence on seasonality and a lack of predictable growth.

Despite having a solid product and a consistent experience, the restaurant struggled to sustain results throughout the year, with significant fluctuations in revenue and low efficiency in customer acquisition.

The challenge was not generating more visibility.
It was building a structured growth system.

From there, we implemented:

  • Strategic brand repositioning

  • Definition of an integrated digital strategy

  • Structuring of the acquisition funnel

  • Google Ads campaigns focused on reservations

  • Meta Ads campaigns for reach and brand consideration

  • Tracking implementation and data analysis (GTM + GA4)

  • Continuous optimisation based on real performance data
