Overview

Bono Lisboa was facing a common challenge in the restaurant industry: strong dependence on seasonality and a lack of predictable growth.

Despite having a solid product and a consistent experience, the restaurant struggled to sustain results throughout the year, with significant fluctuations in revenue and low efficiency in customer acquisition.

The challenge was not generating more visibility.
It was building a structured growth system.
