Overview
Bono Lisboa was facing a common challenge in the restaurant industry: strong dependence on seasonality and a lack of predictable growth.
Despite having a solid product and a consistent experience, the restaurant struggled to sustain results throughout the year, with significant fluctuations in revenue and low efficiency in customer acquisition.
